1. How to Request Deletion

If you would like to delete your HumicFactory account, please fill out the form below. Our team will review your request and permanently remove your account along with your personal data within 30 days of submission.

2. What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
• Your cart, wishlist and saved preferences

Certain records such as completed order invoices and transaction history may be retained where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
